The company was very responsive and even gave hair tips .......This hair is Beautiful I love it it's so soft wefts are very full from the beginning to the install the curls are beautiful I have gotten tons of compliments on this hair I only have 2 complaints the hair sheds but that is expected because this is curly hair and the hair "HAD" a horrible smell for a day then it completely went away but overall for the amount I spent the hair was well worth my money
